Availability information is updated daily. If the information on product page shows that the item is available it means it is in stock and ready to be shipped.

What shipping methods are available?

Slovak Post, Packeta (Zásielkovňa) and courier service SPS/UPS are available within Slovakia.

Post and Packeta (Zásilkovna) are available for delivery to Czech Republic.

For deliveries to other countries we use standard post service.

How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items:

If you choose "Kuriér UPS/SPS" delivery option (Slovakia only) all orders received prior to 2.30pm are shipped on the same day.

If you choose "Pošta" delivery option, orders are shipped 2 - 3 times per week (depending on the amount of orders with this delivery option). Delivery times are generally little longer than by courier.

Similar to delivery by post, orders with delivery option "Packeta" are shipped 2 - 3 times per week.

If you place an order for item that is marked as "Temporarily out of stock" you will be notified of the expected delivery time or (in rare cases) that the item might no longer be available.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Each shipping option has different shipping and (if applicable) cash on delivery fees. Shipping on orders above 60 € within Slovakia is free of charge.

What are the payment options?

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

  • credit card (through the secure payment gate eCard of VUB bank)
  • direcktly via internet banking - if you are a client of VUB bank (using the ePlatby payment option of VUB bank)
  • bank wire transfer (order will be processed once the payment is received)
  • cash on delivery (if applicable CoD fee will be added to the shipping fee)

How can I change my shipping address?

In case your shipping address is different from your billing address you can add a second address at checkout. Simply check the field below address form and new address option will become available. In case you want to change your address after you placed your order just contact us via email or phone.

Where can I track my order status?

You will receive your order ID in confirmation email to check the status on our page. Once your order is handed to courier you will receive a tracking number to track your order in transit.

Will I get an invoice?

We are attaching an invoice in paper form to every order. If you do not wish the invoice enclosed (e.g. the shipment is a gift), or if you wish to receive the invoice in digital form simply add a comment at checkout (just below shipping method).

I lost the instruction manual. What should I do?

You can check our Product support page to see if information regarding your product is available there. If not you can contact us via email or phone.

How can I cancel my order?

Prior to shipping your order just send us an email (reply to the confirmation email) or call us.

In case your order has been shipped you have the option to cancel the contract within 14 days. Send us the item(s) back to our address and enclose a filled contract withdrawal form.
